Laura Lyons is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She is the owner of Wild Lyons Wellness, founder of Wild + Well-Fed Wellness Collective and online course Rewild Your Gut, co-author of Eat Your Prenatal, and podcast host of Wild + Well-Fed.

She is a women’s health nutritionist with a focus on metabolism, hormones and digestion. She teaches women how to work with their bodies, not against it by supporting their unique female physiology.

After a decade of struggling with her own health issues that she healed through diet and lifestyle changes she decided she wanted to help women do the same.

Her goal is to help women understand their bodies better, take the fear out of food and help women thrive in a world of diet culture and confusion. She is a food first practitioner and helps women conquer their symptoms through mineral balancing, comprehensive lab testing, diet and lifestyle changes. She has had the opportunity to help thousands of women through her courses, books, 1:1 and group settings.
